EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL This oil is obtained by cold pressing of olives variety Correggiolo (or crusher) Leccino 80% and 20%. The entire collection is manual and takes place in November and December. The result is a very fruity oil with a slight almond aftertaste, perfect accompaniment to the dishes of Tuscan and Mediterranean cuisine.
