2010: "Self-esteem and well-being"

The course is to all those who find it difficult to find and activate their own resources and feel the need to restore a positive image of self and other, reinforcing their self-esteem and changing the way we live events.
Self-esteem is a component of our psychological well-being and functions as a special lens that magnifies or minimizes our personal resources. Those who experience low self-esteem does not feel secure enough about their value and their quality, often avoids to choose and act on an excessive fear of making mistakes, then experience, uncertainty, and difficult to break away from the problematic situation and to seek a solution when he lives a failure suffer most from associating the incident only to a lack while, when it experiences a success, tend to devalue.

The main objectives of the course are:

- Improve coping skills to achieve results;
